Ableton 'Live cannot access the undo history file...'.

I keep getting this stupid message every time I close Ableton.
First with Live Lite 11, and still getting the same message after upgrading to 12.
What the Hell is going wrong?
I'm using Windows 11, and have tried the Ableton troubleshooting suggestion of deleting the hidden 'Undo' folder, but the problem has persisted.
