Live 12 not changing Master tempo while naming scenes

Something new ..Live 12 not changing Master tempo while naming scenes.If I name the scenes say 100 BPM and the trigger the scene the tem[po changes.But its not happening anymore
I have a show tonight and it suddenly stopped Working
Mobile setup: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2018) ,Live Suite 10.1.6 64 BIT,512 GB SSD ,8GB RAM ,OSX 10.11 El Capitan,Oxygen 8

Studio Setup :Mac Pro (Trash Can), 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD OSX 10.15 Catalina,Novation SL49 MK11,UAD Apollo Twin Thunderbolt

There are fields for scene tempo and time signature, I think they were added in Live 11.
Select menu item View | Scene tempo and time signature.
