Hi there,

I'm having some recent trouble with my Push 3's jog wheel. While the navigational presses to the left and right still work and pressing it in still selects something, turning it no longer allows me to move through selections. I was on an older update, tried updating, restarting, nothing works. I've babied the thing so it hasn't been through any abnormal physical scenarios either. Any ideas, or did the hardware just fail on me?

In the Browser I suppose, right?
Is it working in Session View? In the midi editor?

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for any view (browser, session, MIDI editor, tried them all).

Then you need to contact Support, this could be a hardware issue.
Is it a standalone or a controller version?

Gotcha, I contacted them last week around the time I made this post but they have yet to get back to me. This is the Standalone version, but this issue occurs in both Standalone on Controller mode.

Hi Ben

I have the exact same issue - did you ever get yours resolved? Support sent me a new jog wheel and it did nothing.
