P3 controller mode issue: Losing scope after switch to another track

Since day 1 I observe the following issue with Push 3 in controller mode:
1. multiple tracks
2. (expected behaviour) active track highlights played notes with green lights, device parameters can be changed with encoders in device view
3. switch to another track using lower display buttons
4. issue: played notes will not be highlighted anymore for active track, encoders modify parameters of last track, but not the current active track
System: Push 3 with firmware 1.4.4, macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, Live 12.0.2 and 12.0.5b4
I am quite confident, that this is an issue of the controller integration, because scope to another track will be correctly reflected on Push, if:
a) track is switched in Live
b) track is switched by another hw controller (e.g. AKAI APCmini MK2)
Can anybody else observe this issue?
