Hi,

In Logic default panning option is "balance" panning, but there is also "stereo panning" from what I remember.
Is the second option the default one in Ableton?

Live's default is also balance panning (1 knob), you can right click the knob and change to Split Stereo Pan Mode (2 sliders, one for each channel).
