I'm quite confused with the visual representation in the Stacks tool. The manual only says it uses the Tonnetz system.

Take for example Amin triad. Stacks show it a downward pointing triangle:


But if you check on Wikipedia, minor triads are pointing up:


Everything seems inverted, why?

Or the Wiki shows an inverted one...

There are many representations. If you perform a Google image search for Tonnetz, you will see various examples.
