love ableton it’s just too slow

why is it such a chore to drag in drums. i have to create a midi track then create a midi clip by that time i don’t even feel like working. it becomes a job not a intuitive process. then to be “quick” you have all these two handed “shortcuts” that kill the vibe when i have to take my hand off the instrument and keep going back n forth. even warping is broken. waiting on the clip to warp and still be wrong is getting annoying. i just want to drag in the clips and warp them myself. they keep adding all these kid store features and still don’t even have a de esser like be serious. who needs euclidean rhythm generators ?!
