For Push 3 Standalone controlling external modules

I humbly request the following to make using Push 3 Standalone to control a Eurorack system a bit easier.
Two things:
1. allow an option to switch from 0v - 10v (the only option currently) to -5v - +5v in Standalone (not an issue in controller mode)
2. (less important) CV calibration from Push 3 Standalone (already a component of CV Instrument in controller mode)
