hi
i'm trying to use Arturia Minilab Mk2 in ableton mode. i set the memory to number 8 (shift + PAD and everything works fine, but every time i open a new project, the memory goes back to number 1 automatically

how can i avoid this behaviour?

Check in Preferences > Link, Tempo & MIDI, that no midi is sent back to your Minilab - probably in the Control Surfaces area (especially the Remote checkbox), but maybe in the bottom area dedicated to Output mid ports depending on your setup.
