"relative" tap tempo

Some time ago I used a great plug-in, Relative Tap Tempo, to help solve the issue of the downbeat resetting when tapping out a changing tempo during a set. This plugin isn't available any longer, and I can't find an alternative online.
Does anyone know of an alternative solution?
Essentially, if a set is playing and I tap a faster or slower tempo than the programmed tempo, the downbeat usually jumps ahead, putting the track off count. What I'm looking for is a way to tap a tempo out and have only the tempo speed up, or slow down, without affecting the playback otherwise. I'm using a MIDI controller plugged into Push Standalone.
