Hard reset for Move? Frozen while powering off.

Only arrived yesterday and third time powering off - digital display is stuck on 'Goodbye' message but not powering off. Has remained that way for over an hour now. Can't navigate any other buttons and pads are unlit. Holding power button does nothing. Anyone else come across this or know a reset button press? Ideally don't want to lose my existing sets. Thanks in advance.

I had something like a 'freeze' yesterday and pressing and holding the power button for a while did the trick.

Same thing happened to me, even to it being the third time powering my Move down. Mine got stuck with the screen saying "Goodbye". Holding the power button in for 5 seconds allowed it to complete shutting down and I was able to power it back up and shut it down successfully.
