Plugin parameter access on MACKIE

Introduce SHIFT + PLUGIN-PARAMETER-PAGEUP and PAGEDOWN to scroll by 1 item, instead of the usual 8.
Allow us to rearrange the order of these parameters. It could be as simple as allowing drag and drop (of the boxes surrounding the sliders) in the extended plugin view, in Live. You could here allow us to save the ordering as a new preset class. In this way we could differentiate between performance and composing setups (as an example).
