Regarding the update Push 2.1 with Live 12.1 October 8, 2024

The bugfix:
Fixed an issue where MIDI would sometimes be sent with a high latency after Push has been switched on for a while.

I have tested it and it doesn’t seem to have been fixed. Tested it twice where I left the machine on and each time I came back the midi just doesn’t work altogether until restarting completely the machine.

It is a problem I had since I got the machine. It makes it absolutely unusable in any serious manner.

Considering Ableton is stating the problem as being solved, should I start to consider my Push as being faulty?

Hmm before the update I got the latency issue (laggy, but midi still worked) after about 40 mins of using rhe push with an external instrument.

Haven’t actually tested since updating toe 12.1. Will do so tomorrow and report back.

How long did you wait? Have you tried switching off WiFi (the pre-12.1 workaround)?
