launching scenes - clips out of sync

I cant work out why when I launch a scene it doesnt start all the clips in that scene at exactly the same time. I have played around with settings at the top (ie-1/16, 1/8, bar etc.) but didnt seem to help. I have assumed that if you launched a scene it would start all the clips in that scene at the same time ?

ok, just tried that but didnt seem to help, tried creating some more clips to see if they would start in sync and it seems they do, the ones that dont (at the moment) are on frozen tracks. Would that have something to do with it ?

yes, i think so, they all the same length clips of 2 bars, 4 beats to a bar, pretty simple stuff, I will play around with it some more later and have a look through the manual and see if I cant figure it out, thanks for your help.

Yeah, i've experienced this too! I'm using Live 4.0.3. I've set up some clips to start at different bars and sometimes they start out of sync other times they start before they have to etc. So, yes i know what you're talking about. And no i haven't figured out a solution BUT, i don't know what "frozen tracks" in Ableton Live language means. Maybe I "froze" the tracks and don't even know

no spy, you didnt freeze any tracks unless you have v5. I thought this was just a v5 thing coz I never had this problem in v4 ?
