[Feature Request] Reset encoder to default value upon double tap

It would be nice to have the value set back to default when quickly double-tapping an encoder knob on Move.
This would work n the same manner as a knob gets set back to its default value upon double-clicking in Live.

Just double tapping might be a bit too easy to accidentally do, but holding delete & double tapping would probably work.
(In fact, this is what I assumed it would do and was sad to find out there’s no way to quickly get back to the default, so definitely +1 to this request!)

I also think that a simple double tap can be too dangerous on those knobs ... but delete+double tap could be fine
(and add a parameter to enable/disable the behavior)
