Tiny playback pop/glitch when Record ARMing

Hey All,
Has anyone noticed this that can tell me what is thechnical explanation/cause?
A Tiny pop/glitch in audio playback when ARMing/DisARMing tracks.
After playing around with various settings, I discovered that if I disable either "Delay compensation" or "Reduce Monitoring Latency" the tiny pop goes away.
Any thoughts on how to avoid it while keeping "compensation/ReduceLatency" enabled?
