Ableton Live 12 not finding Antares Auto-Tune license

Has anyone seen the problem with Ableton Live 12 not finding the Antares Auto-Tune license? I had been using Auto-Tune with Ableton Live 11, and it was working as well as my limited skills would let me, but after upgrading to Live 12, the license isn't found. With Antares Central and iLok, I am sure that my Antares license is still valid and when switching from Live 12 to Live 11, I can see that Auto-Tune goes from not working to working. I have left a support request and I haven't gotten anything except an automated response for a week. I just upgraded from Live 12.1.1 to Live 12.1.5, and it still doesn't find the Antares license.

I have come back from the dead and am bumping this. When I load any of the Antares Plugins that I've just recently purchased, upon loading one I am greeted with a blank white screen and naught else. I have Live crash reports for this issue which I will be submitting, but yeh it seems like it can't find the license for whatever reason.

Peace love and muffins.

Did you try using other plugins formats? AU, VST2, VST3 if available?
Also did you try authorizing it from another DAW?

I Resolved this issue with Antares!!!

The problem has to do with their "Central" apps for managing their apps. They had an Antares Central a while back, and now they have an Auto-Tune Central, which has superseded it. There was some confusion if both "Centrals" were installed. Uninstalling Antares Central is instructed in their knowledge bank. I deactivated and uninstalled everything previously updated, then dowloaded everything afresh using Auto-Tune Central to authorize. It worked just as it should have.
