Any idea why am I seeing these duplicates on my plugin list ?
There is no option to remove them

Did you install VST2 and VST3 versions of your plugin? Or possibly AAX versions?
They used to show up in separate folders under Plugins but now they're combined in one.
The best solution is to only install one version of plugins.
