Automatic consolidate time to new scene

Hi all (patchers)
I was curious if anyone knew of a mfl device which can automatic "consolidate time to new scene"?
Auto name the scene according to the first clip name (eg.) would also be a time saver.
Thing is I have a lot of sets in arrangement view, but dragging them to clip view for the push3 standalone is a hassle.
Any idea if a device exists?
Is "consolidate time to new scene" accessible thru the LOM? or in Max?
