How do you input exact values to the Off/On sliders in Macro Mappings?

How do I input a precise value into the Off Min slider so that the macro will turn it to On when the macro value is 1? I can shift+click and drag, but can't get enough fidelity to get it closer than around 3. Is there a way to type in the value? When I try typing in a number, it just toggles to full on or full off.
