Push 3 User Mode - MIDI Remote Scripts not working

Hi, so I've been trying to make a MIDI remote script for Push3 User Mode in Live 12.0.2 and so far it's not even showing up under the MIDI Control Surface drop down at all.
I created a simple __init__.py file and saved it under ProgramData\Ableton\Live 12 Suite\Resources\MIDI Remote Scripts\Push3UserCustom
After starting Live it doesn't show up under the MIDI Control Surface drop down and the Log.txt has no reference to the Push3UserCustom anywhere.
Has anyone successfully created a User MIDI Remote Script?
Any ideas before I head over to Ableton support?
