Can't drag and drop midi clips from EZ Drummer 2

Using Live 12.1.1 and I've been unable to drag and drop midi from EZ Drummer 2. Any one notice this problem or have a solution?

Windows or macos?
If Windows, are you running Live as Admin?

even running as administrator it doesn't work to drag and drop from ezdrummer 2 into a midi channel.

Using the standalone app seems to be a workaround.
What does Toontrack have to say about this?

Thanks for the workaround, not ideal but something.
The last update to EZ drummer 2 was in 2022, so I think something changed on the Ableton side.

Similar issue with
Addictive Drums. Ableton acknowledge that as a bug (see last comment).
It wouldn't hurt if you also report your problem.
