Hello everyone,
my ableton move has the first encoder that does not work well,
it does not reach the end of the stroke but the value oscillates ...
I opened a report but no one responds. How can I make my warranty valid?
The product is very nice but it is not working even less the support!

Any help?

Which firmware version is it running?

Last firmware 1.4.1
I’ve done factory reset
The knob issue persist in live control mode

I think it's a hardware problem…
