I want to record 4 different sounds from the guitar, place the original sound of sound 1 from the guitar on a central key on the piano, then 2 keys to the left are lower pitches of that sound, with 2 keys to the right of it are higher pitches of that original sound. Then place sound 2 from the guitar on another central key, with 2 to the left and 2 to the right with the same concept of pitches, and so forth until I have 4 sets of sound samples (20 sounds all together) arranged on the keys on the piano. What is the best way of going about this?

easiest way: use a drumrack. drop your sound 1 five times in a cell. it will automatically place the sounds in a Simpler device, tune each Simpler as you want. do this for every sound.
better way: use an instrument rack. create four chains, one for each sound. again, placing your sounds in each chain will automatically place them in a Simpler. now click the "key" button in the rack and define your key ranges for each sound. in the Simpler device, adjust the tuning under the 'control' tab. (simply dropping your samples in the chain area will create the chains for you)
