Grand Piano by e-instruments giving high pitch noise with medium velocity MIDI

Hello everyone, I have a very strange issue with the Grand Piano Ableton Pack by e-instruments.
It seems that every time I play a midi note with medium velocity (around 35 to 65) a high pitch sound/noise is played.
I have opened the chain list on the device and this sound is coming from "Piano_mf_Normal_Lower" and if I open the Zone tab on the Sampler instrument then I can see that this chain is played whenever the velocity is in this range of 35 to 65.
As we say in Dutch, I can't make cheese of this. Anyone got any clue??
Sound: Grand Piano Equal Solo.adg (but it happens with every sound from the Grand Piano pack from e-instruments)
Driver: MME/DirectX (also happens on ASIO)
Ableton version: 12.1.11
OS: Windows 10 Pro
