Second to last scene jumping to top in session view

I’m having a problem where when I’m playing through all my scenes with follow action, instead of going to the last scene it jumps to the top.

The second to last scene has a follow action of next with an action time of one, while the last scene has a follow action of stop with an action time of 2 but it’s not getting there.

How do I make it actually get to the last scene instead of jumping back to the start?

On a side note, is it possible to transfer over my session scenes to arrangement exactly as if I hit record and played through them all?
