How to get the the 12.2b 16

Hello:
I have the Ableton 12 update to 12.11 but am interested in obtaining the 12.2b as it looks as though and I heard there were updates on core usage and CPU management. 12.11 is cool, but it is way more CPU heavy than Live 11. Granted the upgrades, but still those upgrades don't seem large enough for as much of the CPU spikes on the same computer I am using on an M1 or M3.
