Put Drift into Mono mode.

Play different keys at the same time - Something weird happens where the notes get stuck and releasing the key will trigger the attack stage of the envelopes. This makes no sense. Doesn't happen all the time, but I've been making presets for weeks now and it has happened many times. Computer keyboard and also connected midi keyboard makes it happen,

Latest Live 12 version (not beta)

Can you share some of the faulty presets for testing?

There's already an open ticket for this described in the Discord group, it's an internal ticket so not visible to the public.

Yep, pretty sure it's already known, but it wouldn't hurt if you could fill a report to Support with preset(s) to illustrate.

Well don't know if anyone here can add to the internal ticket, but based on my tinkering today it seems that the Oscillator Retrigger button is the thing causing the issue. If that's off then I get no issues at all. Turn it on and it does weird shit

Simply load in Drift, put in Mono mode. Spazz the keys about. It should be fine.
Now Click the Oscillator Retrigger button to sync the oscillators. Spazz the keys again and see what happens

Yes, same here. It's a bug.

I tried to contact support but the website won't let me. Every time just switches back to the preconfigured responses section. Great customer service there...

Which Live edition are you using?
