Midi Clock Click track for Drummer

Hey Guys I would really appreciate your help... We have been looking at finding a Drummer for a while. Having done so we're now struggling a bit with timing... We're considering either running a channel to him for his in ears from a small mixer form the AirHub... But I've also read that there is hardware that will pick up the tempo from Abletons MIDI Clock?
Would the Behringer RD 6 do this? So I've read anyway?
