after every live start i get the message that the machine id has changed.

dear forum,
i have updated my desktop from windows 10 to 11 and now after every live start i get the message that the machine id has changed and i am asked if it should authorized to the new machine.
i have found the article in the knowledge base about this but i didnt manage to find that hidden "common configuration" folder to delete it to solve this thing.
please help
