Hey, anyone know if there's a way I can switch the mode in simpler (e.g. Classic to Slicing) by either a keystroke or midi mapping? Seems impossible.. I've used bome midi pro, tried everything but can't seem to swtich it. If I can do this, I can then record a sample in a track live, then use Bome to automatically put that sample into simpler in slicing mode then play around with the transient and have a sampler within one button.. but I dont want to look at my computer at all.

Why not put save Simpler in Slice mode and save it as a default preset? This way it always opens in Slice mode.

If you really need the switching, Max for Live can do this.
