Help with setting up Live 11 for multi-tempo click track and audio output automation for live rock band

I've had Live 11 Std for a few years but have never really dug into it; I'm mostly a guitar-based noisy indie rock guy that messes with synths sometimes and thought I might get into electronic production but never really happened. Now I have a band situation where Live would really help, but I'm getting lost in all the yt videos that kind of address what I want to do but not exactly.
This band is just me (baritone guitar and vocals) and a drummer, and our songs sometimes have multiple BPM within one song and/or odd time signatures. We use IEMs with click and I do looping of guitar parts synced to song tempo, and I figured out how to use per scene follow actions to set up the "clicks" (808 rimshot clips) with the right number of repeats per song part and tempo per scene to keep my looper pedal synced correctly as well as our IEM clicks in session view.
Now I want to go a couple steps further to: 1) have automated live looping like in this video (https://youtu.be/nrsM_yIA3KI?si=b8CnIv3Puxn5B3pC), and 2) automate when my guitar signal/loop is sent to which output of the interface, so that I can have each loop layer sent to a different amp. I may also want to 3) automate when plugin effects turn on/off or change settings, mainly for delay reverb and chorus. Basically I want to reduce as much foot pedal tapping as possible so I can focus mainly on playing guitar and singing, only doing distortion and amp channel switching manually vs the current situation of also having to do looper pedal start/stop/erase and delay/reverb/chorus pedal on/off.
I think I need to go into arrangement mode for this level of automation, vs session mode where I had set up my whole multi-tempo scene with follow actions. Can someone help me understand how best to set up these multi-BPM per song "click" tracks in arrangement view, plus the automation to send the outputs to different places at different times and turn plugins on/off and/or change settings at different points? Fwiw there are no backing tracks, synth midi tracks etc, only the IEM click and the live guitar audio
