Looking for solutions to volume control from audio interface in Live

Hi all, I have 4 instruments connected to the inputs of my Scarlett 4i4 4th Gen;
Input 1 - Microphone
Input 2 - Synth
Input 3 - Behringer Edge
Input 4 - Ableton Move (Standalone)
Output 1-2 going to my Studio Monitor speakers
Monitor - Headphones
The goal I want to achieve is so that I can pick them up in Ableton Live in separate channels so I can record them all at the same time.
I use the LaunchPad Pro MK3 volume function to adjust the volumes, however when I want to use the monitor port, I hear all the audio coming through regardless of the volume level on Live. It appears that even when the volume on the channels are all the way down, audio is still coming through the headphones (when connected to monitor, and also through the monitor speakers).
I guess what I’m asking, is whether it’s possible to adjust the volume or set up controls in the Scarlett and/or Live so that I can adjust the volume of the audio from 0 to maximum digitally so that I have complete silence when turned down.
I can provide screenshots showing what’s happening too in Live if it would help out.
As I want to be able to adjust the volume of the respected instruments in Live, I can't use a mixer as it'll just go to one track in Live which is not what I want. Unless there's a magical Audio Interface/Mixer that lets me put each input in to each track in Live that's also reasonably compact sized, I'm open to any suggestions or options.
