Why is Beta 12.3 8GB and 12.5 under 6GB?

Genuine question. I noticed that the Official version is 5.92 Gb while the Beta is 8 so it made me wonder.
Is Beta getting more streamlined on the way to Official release or will it be that much bigger?

That's because of the stems separation models which are bundled in order to allow offline processing.
