How does Ableton communicate about reported issues?

Please do not waste time answering this post.
I have been recovering from two successive joint replacement operations and my brain is a bit mushy.

I knew the answer... it was just lost in the haze of weeks of very little sleep.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been fortunate with all the pre-12 releases I have worked with.
There have been issues, but not too many to cause me any significant grief.

The 12.2.6 release is getting a bit hard to handle. I can run, sometimes, up to 20 minutes before a crash.

I have done everything I can figure out how to do.
My plugins are all up to date.
I have scoured the log files but the entries at the point it breaks are vague.

They don't point to anything specific. They just say an exception was thrown but it does not indicate which component caused the exception.
I have went through all viable solutions I can find on the web.

I don't think it is a hardware issue. My computer is fairly new and has sufficient resources for the load. My processor, peaks out around 40% usage in a large set.

I have sent 20+ crash reports in in the last couple weeks (and I have not sent in as many), but i still don't have any idea where to go next.

I realize there are many users of the Ableton in the world but, in your experience, what is Ableton's general mechanism to resolve these issues?
Do they post anything describing which issues they are working on or is it simply a matter of waiting for an update?

My head is getting a bit numb from the loss of continuity in my workflow.
I try to save after every small change, but I get lulled at times and inevitably forget.

Do you think I should roll back to a previous release version and, if so, what version do you think is fairly stable?

Perhaps I should do that just to see if I would still experience crashes.

I would really appreciate your thoughts on this matter.

Thanks

p.s. As so many times happens with these type of things, I found the Ableton article describing how to get a response from technical support right after I posted this item. In case anyone else is wondering about the contact process, see the link below. The "REQUESTION SUPPORT" item describes the proper way to get Ableton technical support for an issue.

I suppose you used to send your crash to [email protected], which isn't the way to get feedback.
For feedback you go to Support.

For the time being I can only advice to try finding out if your issues are coming from 3rd party plugins. It's quite astonishing how many problems come from those. Most 3rd party plugins can be replaced by Live's native devices; that's often only when reducing their 3rd party plugins use that people realize how stable Live is.
