Let entrepreneurs come up with imaginative hardware DAW-less hardware products that use Ableton software “guts” but lay the hardware developer come up with novel use cases
So imagine for example if the makers of BENTO etc were able to focus on the hardware while having “Ableton Inside”
This would extend Ableton “reach” and allow owners of such devices to easily move their music ideas to Ableton on a computer later on.
Ableton Note was good

Akai Force?
I was thinking more for the music “maker” community and pro audio - even modular Kind of startups and hobbyists that typically find their way onto Kickstarter

Just like a Raspberry, a Force is powered by a cellphone chipset, runs Linux/Unix and is fun to use. Also audio, MIDI and CV ins/outs!
