Not sure if this is a know issue. But in arrangement view, when I select parts the selection jumps outside my selection range by what seems like a 1/32. Even though my arrangement timeline quantize setting are really large like 1/2. It's a massive frustration when i try to build an arrangement. i included a screenshot. notice the blue highlighted time.
