It's not in 16.8 mil colors? Isn't 32bit just 24-bit/16.8mil cols plus an 8bit Alpha transparency ? I don't have any transparency data for it.
The 3.8MB PNG of this image is probably higher quality, but the image hosting service I'm using won't go past 1meg.

a 32-bit jpg wallpaper only takes up about 400k in quite high res. And then you can't see the different grades of the gradient
