Input Gain Issue from Apollo Twin to Live

Greetings Fellow Live'ers
I am routing audio from Apollo Twin to Live 12 latest. I'm getting a strong very audible signal when I play my audio tracks through the console, but getting low input into Live, thus when I recored a track it's super low volume, and when I turn up the gain in multiple places (apollo channel preamp, mixer gain and levels, etc) I get lots of white noise b/c the signal is strong enough before it reaches ableton.
All of my plugins and UA console/apollo versions are up to date etc.
Please see the screenshots of my settings in console and ableton and advise accordingly. I've been using this setup for years, and up until recently, this has not been an issue. I'm stuck, please help thanks!
