Feature request: Syncing up waveforms (from same recording)

For all of us who create mixes from live recordings that weren't captured on just one device:
Would love to see the ability to sync audio files the same way you can in video editing software like daVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
Is there a Max for Live device that can do this? (If so, I'm assuming it would be less efficient than coding it straight into Ableton).
I understand there may be a plugin I can purchase to do this, but I'm voting for this to be offered natively.
