Fermata Action for Scenes

It would be great to have some sort of 'fermata' action in Session View and Arrangement view.

For those unfamiliar, a fermata is a notation mark that tells the conductor to hold the orchestra on a note for as long as they want before proceeding to the next part of the score. Sometimes this means holding a long note for dramatic effect and sometimes it means the holding a grand rest until the composer is ready to move on to the next moment.

In Session View
This could be an action that holds the final note of a scene indefinitely. Again, that could be notes that are sustained, or a rest at the end of the clip that holds until the next scene is triggered. The user then launches the next scene to begin again.

Two fermatas could be linked at the end of a scene. The first to hold the note indefinitely and the second fermata to hold a rest.

In Arrangement View
A fermata could be a variable attached to a marker that says "at this marker hold this note/rest/etc until the user cues the next moment with a button press".

This would be useful in live scenarios when playing to a sequence but you still want the moment to hold until you're ready to proceed to the next part.
