Multi-Clip Loop Bar + Midi Notes - How to move at same time?

Hi! I wonder if anyone knows the answer to this..
I am trying to move the clip bars along with the midi notes over to bar one, at the same time. There seems to be no way to do this. I have to move first one, and then the others, in which case their alignment can easily go off.
Anybody know how to do this?
Also, is it possible to get the midi stretch marker with multi clips selected? It is very difficult to stretch all the clips precisely the same otherwise. !
