Knobbler now has a Mixer Page

One wish I heard more than most was for a mixer view.
The way I wanted to do it was to be a single surface that you could swipe left and right as much or as little as you wanted. Not locked into pages of 8 tracks. Once I figured out a strategy to be able to do that and to go easy on the CPU in Ableton Live, then it came together pretty quickly. It's even got level meters for every track.
This version of Knobbler also contains some significant other changes:
* INSTANT TOUCH - The slightest movement of any fader is now registered. This really makes Knobbler feel more connected to your intentions.
* TWO FINGER PRECISION - Drop a second finger onto the slider and adjust with 10x more precision.
* SWIPE KNOBBLER PAGES - Swipe between the Knobbler 1 / 2 pages to keep you more in the flow.
* CPU & NETWORK IMPROVEMENTS - Knobbler is easier on your CPU and network than prior versions.
