Change pad BPM independent of Project tempo

I know about the warp mode. Lock to bar, halving and doubling as wall as bouncing and using warp markers. But is there any way to change a pads BPM independent of the project tempo? Every workaround is so tedious. Been using Serato Sample which allows this per pad but requires bouncing and importing outside my easy Push hardware. And if I wanna make any adjustments to start and end points, I have to redo the whole process. I just wanna make the sample faster or slower on the one pad. Been wanting this feature for years. Is there currently any way?
