Inputs 1&2 dropping and crackling issues

Hey, I just came across an issue where inputs 1 &2 don't work when using my audio interface. I have switched cables for now to 7/8 (outside of 1&2 only in Ableton malfunctioning , all the other inputs just work btw) but I've tried restarting my Mac, the app, even configuring things in the input & output just in case it was issue with the both for some core reason. I've genuinely tried whatever I can do from my end. My interface is a Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 (I use a USB that works specifically for that interface to work in HQ and I never had a problem even when I was switching things around) and if I had an issue with it, I would've known without using Ableton but it's strictly only in Ableton where this is happening. Is there a fix or do we have to wait word on an update?
