My ableton live 4 program is corrupted, and my serial number is obselete. Can anyone be so kind to offer a serial number and/or a downloadable live program so that I can get back to business without this frustrating problem. I'll offer to do some graphic design (cd cover/poster) if you can help me. Sincerely, 3megawatts.

if you have actually bought Live, then contact ableton.... i'm sure they'll help you out.

if not... i don't think you're gonna find much joy from people on these boards.

you should be able to put your serial number into the download seciton of the site and redownload and install. if you have a serial number problem (the only obsolete serials should be for live 1 i think), better get in touch with ableton directly.

Shouldn't the official Ableton message boards at the official Ableton site be about the least likely place on the entire internet to get help pirating Live?

Um, excuse me, what was smart about his response. It was a perfectly civil and legitemate response, remember, you're asking someone for a valid cd key from software they paid for, rather than going to the company you (supposedly) purchased the licence from to get a replacement for the corrupted software (usually runs about $10.00 + Shipping in my experience) Then you get you panties in a wad and try to start some kind of my dick is bigger than yours argument. Who needs to get a life?
