Recording Pitch bend is not exact enough !?

Hello,
i am using ableton 4.04.
i noticed that when i midi record solo parts, quick pitch bends are being "interpolated" way too roughly. I did set the recording quantization to none. I was wondering if there is any way to increase the depth or frequency that ableton record the midi changes in?
I did an additional test to find out whether my keyboard is the problem, i just examined the pitch bend messages in midiox. And there i see many more messages being transmitted.
Please, somebody help me. It's a little annoying if i have to reDRAW every pitchbend.
For the picture: i painted in how i think the curve should look like. Notice how evil he just interpolates between the notes. And the top parts are too flat also.
