at first i thought it could not be, but after extensive re arranging of my folder structure while live as open i crashed like 3 times within 2 hours. sometimes with a error message saying something about a folder being deleted.

I just fixed a serious bug that was probably responsible for this. It will be in the next maintenance update, which is due out Real Soon Now. (It fixes a bunch of other serious bugs too.)
