L5.2b3 bug with gate trigger

triggering a clip through MIDI note with launch mode to gate with quantize to none has its minimum hold time defined by global quantize, ie. if global is set to 1 bar, your clip will play a minimum of one bar instead of when you release your midi note

might be tricky to know what's been reported yet or not, or if it's a user's mistake
