Djing with live

I have a question. I went thru Djing with live tutorial andi thoguht it was a vey big help untill i loaded my own tracks. Its seems that when i load my own tracks and i want to DJ they dont match up at all. according to the tutorial even if the arent the same bpm ableton will analyze them and make them match. How come when i drop my mp3s into an audio track they wont match up. Any help would be great.

You actually have to do some work!

I'd advise you to do a little bit of searching here, this topic has been covered many times. Look for Warp Markers.
